Job Summary:

The Contracts Coordinator is a key member of the Contracts function. Working under the direction of the Global Life of Field (LOF) Contracts Manager to support the overall management of all Services Customer contracts. Working closely with multiple internal stakeholders to support, the contract process, ensure compliance with internal contracting standards and legal guidelines, support the attainment of continuous improvement objectives that will add value to the Services organization and support the development of strategies to increase value and identify, manage and mitigate contractual risks across the contracts portfolio.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Support the management of customer contracts
• Review commercial terms and conditions.
• Administration of contract related records in the relevant database, maintain contract files, accountable for database integrity.
• Collaborates with various functions as appropriate to support contract management
• Assisting in contract negotiations, ensuring terms align with organizational needs
• Support continuous improvement initiatives/projects
• Participate in Contracts function training and development, completing all assigned modules

Essential Requirements:

• Obtained or in the process of obtaining a relevant BSc and MSc qualification in Contract Management, Contract Law for Business Managers, Business Administration/ Management or similar.

• The right to work in the UK.

• Understanding contract terms, conditions and obligations  
• General business and commercial awareness
• Ability to collect, analyze and interpret commercial/financial data
• Strategic thinking/planning
• Digital skills: IT proficiency
• Excellent communicator and ability to quickly develop relationships
• Excellent organizational skills
• General knowledge of oil and gas industry preferred
• General knowledge of relevant legal terms is beneficial
