Sales Manager
The Sales Manager is responsible for the Business Line sales activities for their assigned territories while providing outstanding customer experience. The Sales Manager establishes professional relationships with their customers in the GeoUnit and is responsible for promoting their technology adoption. This role is responsible for business line tender commercial strategies and proposals and improving the commercial results for ongoing contracts.
Responsibilities

Optimize product sales, execute product sales plans, develop and implement risk responses and monitor product pricing compliance

Execute customer engagement strategies, negotiate contracts and manage customer retention

Develop tender/proposal strategies and conduct review of tender/proposal key components

Manage contract pricing, conduct internal contract reviews and determine contract continuation strategies

Develop consensus activity and revenue forecast, convert and map long-term market activity outlook, and assign sales target objectives

Understand business line pipeline, validate pricing and strategy, and develop supporting sales actions to achieve targets for cash flow, budget revenues, pricing, and market share.

Responsible for the business line opportunities, tender response, negotiation, and adherence to review & approval requirements.

Capture and manage customer activity, competitor intelligence, strategy and market share information.

Execute Go-To Market plans for new Technologies, Solutions, and Experiences.

Responsible for the proper use of opportunity and contract management tools for themselves and their teams.

Responsible for the business line receivables integrity in their GeoUnit.

Adhere to training requirements for their personal development and compliance.
Exposures & Experiences
-
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.

Minimum 7 years’ experience in leading technical sales teams and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as operations, marketing, and engineering.

Exposure to oilfield technologies or services and digital solutions is a plus
-
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Problem-solving and analytical thinking to address client challenges and provide tailored solutions.
