Experienced Data and IT Support Engineer

Data and IT support engineer
- Architect, implement, and manage IT infrastructure supporting subsurface data acquisition, storage, processing, and visualization (e.g., seismic volumes, well logs, reservoir models).
- Integrate and optimize high-performance computing (HPC) clusters and cloud platforms for advanced seismic processing, reservoir simulation, and data analytics.
- Deploy and maintain subsurface data management solutions, including interpretation workstations, centralized data repositories, and real-time data streaming systems.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and proactively manage upgrades and patches for IT infrastructure in field and office settings.
- Familiarity with geoscience and reservoir engineering software platforms (e.g., Petrel, OSDU, Landmark, Eclipse, CMG).
- Strong knowledge of data integration, cybersecurity, network architecture, and virtualization in subsurface environments.
