Job Summary

GBS Payroll Process Owner provide strategic direction & program oversight for initiatives in their respective process. They facilitate identification and implementation of transformation initiatives.
 

  • Standardizes, defines and owns the process, such that there is (or will be) a single version of the truth, ensuring data is visible, accurate, accessible, credible, timely and complete
  • Process mapping , process monitoring and process improvement.
  • Ensuring the process is leaner, and more efficient and cost-effective
  • Streamlining process improvement initiatives through opportunity identification and initiative Prioritization
  • Collaborates with product owner to digitally enable the process and drive improvement
  • Responsible for ensuring the process outcomes are defined and have specific value metrics.
  • Monitor user compliance.
  • Change management, including stakeholder engagement and training for users.

     

Experience And Key Competencies

Should have minimum 5-8 years of work experience. In depth knowledge of Payroll processes and implementation of Payroll in different countries. Preferably exposure or involvement in Kaizen facilitation and execution process mapping, and ability to identify, prioritize, and implement continuous improvement ideas and initiatives. Lean Green or Black Belt is an asset.

Advanced English level.
