Regulatory Compliance Specialist Intern

The Regulatory Compliance Specialist Intern supports the compliance team in executing the SLB Regulatory Compliance program and its components and provide general support on compliance issues to internal clients and stakeholders within the assigned country.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop awareness in regulatory compliance as an integral part of responsibilities and objectives.
  • Gain and maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations affecting local operations.
  • Support document gathering and submission processes for regulatory licenses and permits.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance documentation.
  • Support the preparation of reports within set time targets.
  • Support procedural modifications based on changes in local laws and regulations.
  • Report regulatory compliance incidents
  • Participate in regulatory audits and inspections and support the implementation of remedial actions and their documentation in a timely manner.
  • Participate in awareness training on processes for internal and external regulatory compliance requirements.

 

Experience & Exposures:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Legal, Finance, Business administration, Supply Chain or related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools
  • Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in high pressure environments, with strong learning agility and adaptability to evolving situations and challenges.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively
  • Proficient in English, with strong written, verbal, and reading skills.
