Key Responsibilities
- Training Content Development:
- Design and develop comprehensive training materials for Digital & ERP Applications, including Quick Reference Guides, Web Based Trainings, Business Process Flows, Videos, Business Process Procedures, In Application help using Digital Adoption Platforms (DAP) and other various training artifacts.
- Training Delivery:
- Conduct Virtual Instruction Led Training (VILT) and Webcast (WC) sessions to train users on various business systems.
- Facilitate Train the Trainer (TTT) sessions for site trainers to equip them with the skills needed to effectively deliver VILT classes, utilizing exercise guides and training data.
- Develop and implement a training schedule and rollout plan to ensure timely delivery of training programs.
- Deployment Activities:
- Participate in the planning and execution of deployment activities for Digital & ERP Applications
- Assist in the creation of deployment plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Liaises with Product / Process Owners, DevOps and various stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Monitor deployment progress and address any issues or challenges that arise during the deployment phase.
- Change Management Strategy:
- Support the development and execution of change management plans and activities to drive user adoption and minimize resistance.
- Design and align training strategy with overall change Management.
- Assess the impact of changes on various business units and develop mitigation plan against the Change Impact.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of change management activities and training programs.
- User Support:
- Resolve training issues by addressing incidents within the framework of Digital Performance Management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, escalating to technical support teams when necessary.
- Gather user feedback to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
- Training Document Lifecycle Management:
- Create and update Course Catalog.
- Manage the organization and publication of training documents.
- Analyze user interaction data, adoption trends, and engagement metrics from the DAP platform to identify areas for improvement and provide stakeholders with regular reports highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Document lessons learned and best practices to enhance future change management initiatives.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Any Bachelor’s / Master’s degree with STEM/ Finance/Sypply Chain /HR
