Job Description:

Coordinate the comprehensive planning, execution, and delivery of projects aligning closely with organizational strategies. Handle the fulfilment of project requirements, adherence to timelines, achievement of financial targets, uploading quality standards, and supporting safety protocols across project operations. Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal stakeholders. Foster customer relationships and internal collaboration. Implement company procedures and work instructions for the supply of Custom Designed Systems. Maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships, including communication, information provisioning, and expectation management. Schedule project meetings, including kick-off calls, monthly status reports, and closeout calls). Record and track actions identified in meetings. Create, monitor, and control schedules to follow-up on activity status and maintain delivery timeline. Communicate project status to sponsors, stakeholders, and project teams. Coordinate technical and engineering activities and guide cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of tasks. Responsible for contractual conditions and specifications and tracking commercial and technical risks and opportunities. Monitor project cost per budget and perform monthly forecasting to maintain financial plan. Ensure project requirements are met for the entire scope of the project, including identification, collection, analysis, documentation, verification, testing, and change control. Coordinate costing and pricing with Proposals, Commercial, Sales, Quality, Manufacturing and Engineering. Work with Sales on any Variation Orders. Responsible for project risk management for the initiation, planning, execution, and transition phases of the project. Handle project closure activities including invoicing, shipment of system to destination and capturing lessons learned for future projects.

Must have a bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, or a related field, and 4 years of progressive post-baccalaureate related work experience. 

Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Direct customer contact representing companies’ interests, including work planning, technical and commercial negations, communication and timely reporting
  • Working with multi-disciplined engineering teams within the Oil and Gas industry for Metering, Sampling, or Blending systems for hydrocarbon fluids; and
  • Utilizing SAP and software applications tools for managing and executing projects, including parts number creation, project financials tracking and reporting, procurement process control and approvals, time entry and resource planning, and schedule creation and control
  • Technical experience in the Oil and Gas industry with flow measurement, product quality sampling and quality determination, control systems integration, PLCs, instrumentation and communication equipment.

 

International travel required up to 10%, domestic travel required up to 10% to engage with clients and support project requirements.

In Alternate, employer willing to accept a Master’s Degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience.
