Job Description

The GBS HSEFM Service Intern is responsible for efficiently executing, monitoring, and delivering timely administrative and centralized actions to support Health, Safety, and Environmental and Facility Management function (HSE FM). This role aims to maximize value and efficiency in managing sustainability initiatives, training programs, certifications, risk assessments, data management, and cost control.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensure the quality, accuracy, and compliance of services provided.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement and knowledge management of health, safety, environmental, and facility management practices.

• HSE FM system administration

• Record sensitive documentation as medical assessments, Regulatory Compliance, Client requirement and support documentation in agreement with the company polices and legal compliance

• Support training activities, including logistics and training materials

• Record and analyze sustainability and HSE data in an accurate and quality manner

• Perform data analysis and support communication activities to improve the function.

• Participate in continuous improvement projects, including but not limited to catalogs, standardization that brings value to the function

• Propose documentation changes and process improvement

• Manage day-to-day interaction with HSE specialists and involve them when local knowledge is required

• Comply with applicable company HSE policies and procedures. Also ensure compliance with Finance, HR, Supply and IT policies and processes.

 

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Health, Safety and Environment, Facility Management, or a related field.
