We are looking for an Inside Sales Administrator to support the artificial lift business unit located in NW Houston, TX. This is your opportunity to join a global technology company, driving energy innovation for a balanced planet


This role plays a fundamental part in ensuring business growth alignment between the customer and inside sales staff and outside sales teams. The main responsibility of the Inside Sale Administrator is to be the liaison between our end users, channel partners and inside and outside sales teams while building relationships and collaborating with distribution at the purchasing level through email, phone communication and quoting to receive perfect purchase orders.

What You Will Do:

  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to support communication across Sales and Operations teams

  • Support the Sales team by ensuring timely and responsive follow-up

  • Manage customer price lists and maintain accurate, up-to-date sales records

  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail across data entry, order processing, and reporting

  • Monitor open order reports and take proactive action on items at risk of missing promised delivery dates

  • Process purchase orders and update inventory records in Oracle

  • Prepare and process quotes in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and proper pricing approvals

  • Act as a liaison between departments to promote effective communication and workflow

  • Manage day-to-day account activities and ensure accurate customer data within internal system

  • Assist with inventory, billing, and operational issue resolution

  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and workflows

  • Support our safety-first culture by proactively identifying and reporting safety observations on a regular basis

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associates degree and 2 years of relevant experience.

  • 2 years work experience in sales administration or similar role.

  • 2 years’ experience in CRM software, Oracle and Microsoft Office (MS Excel particularly).

  • Strong knowledge of sales performance metrics and KPIs.

  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Team-player mindset with high level of dedication to raising the bar for the whole team.

  • Ability to prioritize work and succeed under deadlines.

  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees and customers
