Principais Atividades:
Dar suporte nas atividades de rotina do time de Supply Chain, planejamento, movimentações de materiais, armazenagens e transportes
Criação, atualização de relatórios e realizar análise de dados
Preenchimento de controles em Excel
Elaboração de relatórios e apresentações
Suporte no controle de custo
Envio de faturas para pagamento
Criação de requisições de compra no sistema SAP
Suporte na contratação de fretes e serviços de transporte
Manter bom relacionamento interpessoal com diversas áreas da empresa
Qualificações Mínimas:
Cursando nível superior, qualquer área, preferencialmente administração ou logística;
Perfil Dinâmico e ágil;
Domínio de Excel;
Conhecimentos gerais no pacote office 365;
Boa comunicação oral e escrita;
Disponibilidade para estagiar por 2 anos.
Qualificações Preferidas:
Conhecimento em Dashboard
Inglês intermediário
Espanhol básico
Conhecimento no sistema SAP
Forte comunicação e habilidades interpessoais
