Job Characteristics:
Responsible for selling the organization’s products/services by interacting with established customers and developing new prospects. This position is moderately independent and helps oversee account work with moderate complexity. Accountable for growing accounts and approaching new accounts about products and services. Demonstrates the ability to respond to more complex questions and communicate more complex principles of products. Develops the ability to map customer needs to product solutions. Advises junior Account Managers on completing tasks, while developing relationships with target external individuals. Is learning independent problem-solving and starting to add higher-level value to the account team. Safety-sensitive.
Engage in problem solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data and providing written recommendations to ensure customer operations are performing at optimal levels.
Prepare and present technical information to a range of personnel as required o Support for Business Review meetings / monthly reports (i.e., create presentations and provide required information).
Present / lead certain portions if required to Gain operational (on / offshore) experience in scoping, undertaking and reporting production chemistry trials / project work.
Assist in the development of strong relationships with key stakeholder's customer organizations.
Actively participate in sales campaigns (both Corporate and District).
Monitor, track and maintain adequate field inventories (chemical / equipment) as necessary.
Assist with collection of samples and basic laboratory analysis.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred and 4+ years of relevant industry sales experience.
Independence Level:
Acts independently under limited direction. Moderate impact on account revenue and minimal impact on profitability.
