Our Transactions Administrators are responsible for making sure Personnel actions happen effectively and efficiently. You’ll work with HR data reporting processes and use the SAP software system to turn decisions being made into tangible actions that deliver results. You’ll master SAP technology and execute actions such as hiring, promotion, transfer, and termination as well as inputting day-to-day activities such as attendance and payments. It’s an important role as your developing expertise will mean you can start creating reports that affect Personnel and Management teams’ decisions across the business. You’ll also conduct research and analyze data that helps us support colleagues to achieve their full potential. You’ll need a relevant university degree and up to two years’ experience in Personnel or business is beneficial.
