The Performed by SLB (PbS) Awards celebrate the teams making that happen.

Now in its 27th year, the program recognizes our employees whose work reflects the very best of SLB: collaboration, innovation, performance, and a commitment to making a difference for our customers and stakeholders. From advancing digital automation to transforming operations and delivering breakthrough technologies, these teams are transforming the energy industry.

Inspired by the pioneering spirit of our founders, Conrad and Marcel Schlumberger, the program recognizes those who drive measurable impact—whether through securing key contracts, advancing digital automation, transforming operations, or championing sustainability. These awards honor our teams who push boundaries, turn bold ideas into reality, and create value for our business, customers, and the energy industry.

What makes the PbS program unique is that recognition comes from across the company. Employees from around the world take part in the review process, helping identify the projects that best demonstrate innovation, teamwork, business impact, and sustainability. Finalists are evaluated through a rigorous selection process before being recognized at the company level.

Awards are presented across several categories, including the CEO Award, Gold Awards, and Silver Awards, recognizing teams whose work has set new benchmarks across regions, technologies, functions, and operations.

This year, we are proud to recognize 12 exceptional teams and 36 employees during SLB’s PbS Celebration Week. Their achievements showcase unique talent, expertise, collaboration, and ideas that drive our culture of innovation forward.
