SLB has been recognized in the Neurodiversity Impact category on the 2026 Forbes Accessibility 200, a global list honoring organizations advancing accessibility and inclusion for people with disabilities.

The recognition reflects the achievements of our ongoing Neurodiversity Program, which is currently active in three countries and across five functions—and continues to expand. The program was built around a simple premise: providing people of different backgrounds and experiences access to opportunities to excel within SLB. Beyond recruitment, this also shapes how we support and retain our people.

This program is just one of the ways we continue to build an inclusive culture. Learn more about diversity and inclusion at SLB →
