Schlumberger participated at the annual Women’s Global Leadership Conference in Energy (WGLC), which inspires energy professionals to network and exchange industry best practices.
The event this year featured female leaders working in energy, including Lees Rodionov, Vice President of Global Stewardship at Schlumberger, who was a keynote speaker on the topic of the evolving landscape in energy.
At the conference, participants discussed career development and industry trends and initiatives, networked and exchanged experiences, and explored opportunities to advance professional leadership.
Schlumberger was once again a platinum sponsor of the event, which underlines the company’s ongoing commitment to fostering a diverse company culture. We employ a diverse workforce of 140 different nationalities working in more than 85 countries.
Achieving gender balance across Schlumberger is ongoing and has been a consistent goal for over 25 years. To inspire the next generation of women in the energy industry, the company supports initiatives around the world to encourage females pursuing science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM).
