SLB Earns Top Rank in Global Benchmark for LGBTIQ+ Inclusion

Inclusion, for us, is about building environments where everyone is encouraged and empowered to champion a more inclusive workplace. One where all our people are heard, respected, valued, and supported for who they truly are. Inclusion is the lens through which we make decisions about how we work together.

Building that kind of environment takes more than intent. It requires continuously listening, learning, evolving, and monitoring progress. That's why SLB participates in the Workplace Pride Global Benchmark, a leading international tool that assesses organizations' LGBTIQ+ policies and practices, and how effectively leadership support and employee engagement translate into meaningful progress toward a more inclusive culture.

In 2026, SLB achieved a score above 75%, placing us in the top quartile of participating organizations worldwide and earning the Workplace Pride Ambassador recognition for LGBTIQ+ Inclusion — a significant improvement from when we first participated in 2022, and a reflection of the progress we have made.

With the support of the LGBT+ Allies Employee Resource Group, employees and allies across our geographies, we shape this inclusive culture together. Through Pride celebrations happening in Europe, Asia, North and South America, as well as ongoing safe conversations, or the moments we create to show up for one another.

Becoming a Workplace Pride Ambassador for LGBTIQ+ Inclusion reflects that collective effort. And while we're proud of what it represents, we're equally clear on what it calls for: to ensure our culture continues to be one where everyone can be their true selves, do their best work, and thrive.
