Meet Adhra: Passion for Progress 

Adhra wanted to pursue a career where she could continuously improve. At Schlumberger, she’s found that the opportunities to evolve her expertise are endless.

Having just completed her degree in Geosciences, Adhra was looking for a role that would allow her to have lifelong learning and joined Schlumberger due to its “outstanding teaching programs and the quality of learning that cannot be found in any other company.”

After being with Schlumberger for nearly a year, Adhra has already progressed from an intern to a Field Engineer Trainee. Following her exposure to the field and her training at one of the company’s leading learning centers, she is ready and excited for new career challenges. Her goal is to become a Field Engineer and continue to build her skill set.

Adhra has found the work challenging and has found that the support and knowledge of her team members have enabled her to take on tasks that she never believed she could have achieved: “The amount of support I have gotten from everyone has shaped my career, the team has always been available even in the busiest of times to share their knowledge to help me learn.”

She has surprised herself with what she has accomplished so far in her career. “My experience at Schlumberger has helped to show me what I’m capable of achieving,” she says.
