We are looking for a Technical Sales Representative for the Digital / Automation Solutions located in Midland or Dallas Region. This is your opportunity to join a global technology company, driving energy innovation for a balanced planet.

The Technical Sales Representative is responsible for executing the regional sales strategy to achieve top-line revenue growth for the Digital Production Optimization product line within the assigned territory. This role focuses on customer development, opportunity identification, and strategic account management to expand market share and strengthen long-term customer partnerships.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage customer relationships to achieve sales objectives and execute strategic sales plans within the assigned territory and accounts.

  • Identify customer needs and business opportunities to drive growth across new and existing accounts.

  • Achieve sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction; develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts for the territory or assigned accounts.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Conduct contract and commercial negotiations in alignment with company policies and guidelines.

  • Identify, research, and engage prospective customers to develop a robust pipeline and generate future sales and repeat business.

  • Deliver customer-facing presentations focused on product capabilities, production optimization solutions, and value propositions.

  • Utilize Salesforce and other sales tools and processes to ensure an efficient, data-driven sales process.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to products, services, and sales processes.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support business objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in petroleum engineering.

  • Valid driver's license in state of residence.

  • 2 years of relevant sales experience within oil gas.

  • Strong sales network within artificial lift /optimization, proven success in acquiring new customers.

  • Strategic mindset, with the ability to develop sales strategies, analytical and implementation skills.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills including the ability to present and persuade at the leadership level.

  • Excellent negotiation skills.

  • Competitive attitude and strong work ethic with the ability to enthusiastically represent the company.

  • Self-Driven work ethic.

  • Available for inter-regional travel up to 50%.

  • Valid driver's license

Preferred:

  • Experience and Knowledge of Automation, Enterprise Software and IIOT for the Oil & Gas industry.

  • Experience with SCADA applications

  • Knowledge of Artificial Lift and Well Optimization

Physical Demands:

  • May be required to occasionally Lift/Push/Pull/Carry up to 50 pounds.

  • Occasional writing, air travel and standing.

  • Frequent driving and walking.

  • Constant sitting, seeing, hearing, speaking and using a keyboard, mouse cell phone and viewing a computer monito and smart phone screen.

  • Role is deemed safety-sensitive and may be subject to employer or customer drug testing.
