Across China, SLB partners with universities to help students discover how we build innovative technology and digital solutions for the energy industry and get a sense of what life at SLB is like.
Through initiatives such as career fairs, university visits, open days, and internship opportunities, we give future talent a glimpse of the impact they can make.
This long-term commitment has once again been recognized, with SLB named one of China's Top Graduate Employer Brands 2026 by 51job. The award recognizes organizations that are making a lasting investment in early-career talent and is based on feedback from recent graduates from over 65 leading universities across China.
Being recognized for a fourth consecutive year is an achievement we're proud of, but it's also a reminder that attracting talent starts with creating great experiences from the start. For many students, a career starts long before graduation. It begins with a conversation at a career fair, a visit to campus, or an opportunity to meet the people behind the technology that shapes our world.
